Spillbase accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Spillbase supplies industrial safety and spill response products primarily for business use. The following returns policy applies to purchases made through www.spillbase.co.nz.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns subject to the following conditions:

Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Products must be in resalable condition.

A restocking fee of 20% of the product price applies to change-of-mind returns.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be approved by Spillbase prior to being sent back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or contaminated spill response products

Custom-assembled or made-to-order spill kits

Special order or non-stocked items

Products unsealed after delivery where hygiene or safety seals are broken

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are:

Faulty
-
Damaged in transit
-
Supplied in error
Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Spillbase will:

Repair, replace, or refund the item (at our discretion), and
-
Cover reasonable return freight costs.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Business Purchases
Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.Â
